The first pass is practical: which workflow matters, which data can be used, who can approve actions, where the system is allowed to fail, and what has to be true before release.

Each week ends with something you can inspect: a workflow, dashboard, agent action, extraction run, or integration. Review notes show what changed and what still needs evidence.

Acceptance criteria include the awkward cases: missing data, bad retrieval, uncertain output, slow providers, malformed tool calls, and actions that need human approval.

Handover includes the architecture notes, environment assumptions, dashboards, and limits your team needs before extending the system without us in the room.
